Achilles and / or Peroneal Tendonitis?

I think I have. and achilles tendonitis peroneal. I started noticing that the difficulty curve of my ankle due to pain. Density and my Achilles tendon. But then I started with pain on the outside of my leg down. peroneals is. I am noticing that I can not bend my ankle as well as others. (When I'm squatting). Always strong after a long ride, or when the rise in the morning, but often stretches out after step or fast. 20sec stretch. I can use it heat and ice. (Both are good) and Aleve, relax,. Do some stretches for the calves and. am a new record in orthotics (insert only. 3 hours per day) for the feet. I pronated. what I suspect is:. (1) it can be, and achilles tendonitis peroneal? (2) I was told to add a heel awry. - But will not aggravate this or not. (3) What's missing for me again. Treatment? It's not completely horrendous, so I do not want to go to a doctor.
