Tendinitiss Achilles?

I just go and my docter. tendinitiss sheet growth and achilles problems. I play club soccer practices. I 4 weeks time. We want to print. wacko! I do recommend physical therapy to stretch and use insoles. ibprophen. I try to icing,. wraping up and touch others. Also. kills in the morning to football. After work and after I walk for the poor. Once in awile between activity and stairs. Should apply DO!
