MS band IT / runners knee … help anyone …?
OK, I've had for 13 this week, but stop trying to work through it. 3 weeks ago, when I understand. What is wrong with my knee. Start with in my other knee too. I do have stretches where it seems to help but I never feel like to completely go away. Like i said, rested 3 weeks and I intend to rest again. 3 Please any suggestions or helpful to ensure that the.
